We welcome new ideas, helpful suggestions and constructive feedback.  In order to keep our products as affordable as possible, we also run an extremely lean operation and do not offer realtime product support. 

That does not mean we do not care or that we will not respond to your issue.  As with any new product (especially software), we expect to discover bugs in the early releases.  We hope they are minor and few in number but we expect them and so should you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will be working diligently to cure all problems.

You can help us improve our applications by reporting as specifically as possible any problems that you do encounter.  Please try to describe what you were doing when the problem occurred, what the problem was and what kind of device you were using it on and send it by email to: support@istopshots.com.  We will make every effort to acknowledge your email and provide a response within 24 hours.

We will work diligently to address problems via regular product updates to make our applications increasingly durable and robust.  Of course, if you enjoy using our products right off the bat, it's always nice to hear about that too!
